Change is hard,

Therapy doesn’t have to be.

Whether you are overwhelmed, stressed or just plain ready for a change.

Therapy can be a great to start to address painful feelings, receive help with tough transitions and move forward to next stages.

About Me

2020-06-16 10.07.22-1.jpg

I received my bachelor's from Mount Holyoke College and spent my early professional years in the hospitality industry. I realized I felt passionate about therapy and attended Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) where I completed my masters. During my time at OLLU, completed two years of counseling practicum as an HGI practicum student, during that time I also interned at family services in Memorial Hermann Prevention and Recovery Center.  After graduating, I accepted a position at HGI as Supervised Clinical Associate where during the day I partnered with CIS working with kids and in the evening providing therapy to individuals couples in the clinic. I opened my own practice while simultaneously accepting a position as a counselor to Title One children and their families. I specialize in helping individuals, families and couples reconnect, build healthy boundaries, and improve communication. When I am not working with my clients, I love to curl up reading books, volunteering, traveling, and binging tv while snuggling with my furry family at home.
